Here are some comfortable and healing postures used during a cuddle therapy session (always based on mutual consent and comfort):
1.Side Hug (Seated or Lying Down)
   Both sit or lie side-by-side, gently leaning into each other for warmth and comfort.
2.Heart-to-Heart Hug
    A slow, gentle standing hug where both breathe together — helps open the heart chakra and create calm energy.
3.Back-to-Back Support
    Sitting back-to-back allows both to feel connected while maintaining personal space — promotes grounding and trust.
4.Lap Rest
   The client rests their head on the therapist’s lap (with consent), promoting a feeling of safety and care.
5.Shoulder Hold
   The therapist sits beside the client and places a comforting arm around their shoulders — simple yet deeply relaxing.
6.Hand Holding or Palm Connection
   Both gently hold hands or touch palms together while focusing on breathing and calmness.
7.Spooning (Side-by-Side Cuddle)
   One person rests behind the other, offering gentle physical support — used only when both are comfortable with close proximity.
