Sarv Wellness – Session Guidelines & Client Responsibilities

At Sarv Wellness, we are dedicated to delivering a safe, respectful, and professional healing experience. To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, clients are expected to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. Phone Etiquette

Clients are requested to keep mobile phones switched off or on silent mode during sessions to avoid disturbances.

2. Personal Hygiene & Grooming

Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene. Specifically, lower body grooming (epilation of private areas) is required prior to the session to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable and non-adjustable, regardless of reason. Kindly schedule your session with care.

4. Code of Conduct

Any form of inappropriate, suggestive, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate session termination by the therapist. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for unethical conduct.

5. Punctuality

Timeliness is essential. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or cancellation without refund. Please arrive at your scheduled time to receive the full benefit of your therapy.

6. Sobriety Requirement

Clients must be completely sober during sessions. The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in session cancellation.

7. Privacy & Security

To ensure your safety and confidentiality:

  • Do not share personal information with your therapist.

  • Any attempts to request or exchange personal details are strictly forbidden.

  • If such a situation arises, please report it to our support team immediately.

8. Identification Requirement

  • Clients must carry a valid Aadhar card for hotel-based session check-ins or identity verification.

  • Beyond official identification, we strongly advise not to disclose any personal information to maintain privacy.

By booking a session with Sarv Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above terms. These guidelines are in place to create a respectful, safe, and healing atmosphere for both clients and therapists.
