2. Sarvanga Therapy – 90 Minutes

This phase begins with pressure touches on the body’s energy points to stimulate relaxation and energy flow. The therapist then applies oil therapy, providing body-to-body and hand touches across various body parts. This phase also includes a specialized lingam massage aimed at balancing energy and promoting deeper relaxation.

3. Healing Touches – 30 Minutes

In this segment, the therapist provides dry touches designed to realign energy, enhance comfort, and further relax the body in preparation for the final stage of the session.

4. Cuddle Session – 60 Minutes
